21-DAY NUTRITION AND HABIT BUILDING PROGRAM.


21-DAY commitment
Day 1 - 7 I monitor your eat, sleep, & sedentary/active hrs in real time and collect data thru a shared notes app. Think of me like the food diary spy.
Then...
We meet and discuss my evaluations and I provide you with solutions thru a personalized plan that fits into your current season/lifestyle.
Day 8-14 Personalized plan should be in full execution mode. I creep back into your food diary and provide real-time feed back if necessary.
Day 15-21 Allowing our new habits to come easy and fit into our daily routine without force. Again, I'm nutrition watching and checking for any variation outside of your personalized plan.
After day 21, clients are released back into the wild then monitored at a distance. The goals is for you to have awareness to how your habits work collectively and deliberately with your body. When we dissect our daily routine then we have a shot at knowing what needs to be improved to get you to the next level.
